Community Impact Coaches
Countries Worked In
The Community Impact Coach initiative is a life changing program providing young leaders from disadvantaged communities with the opportunity to improve their employability and gain significant entrepreneurial skills. They are able to network, gain an understanding of the social problems in different areas and return to their communities with more knowledge and improved employment prospects.
Charles Otieno, a CIC from Kenya, said 'Being a Community Impact Coach allowed me to bring hope to my players, friends, family and community at large because they see me as their role model and source of information.'
